Plagiarism Policy
The editorial board of Jurnal Hurriah: Journal of Educational Evaluation and Research recognizes that plagiarism is completely unacceptable and strictly prohibited. Therefore, the journal has established a rigorous policy detailing specific screening procedures and penalties upon the identification of plagiarism or high text similarity in submitted manuscripts.
Jurnal Hurriah utilizes Turnitin originality checking software as the primary tool to detect text similarities in both newly submitted article manuscripts and final camera-ready versions prior to publication.
-
Similarity Threshold: A maximum similarity index of 20% is permitted for submitted papers.
-
Action for Exceeding Threshold: If a manuscript exhibits a similarity index exceeding 20%, the article will be immediately returned to the author for revision and resubmission.

1. Minor Plagiarism

Shared Authorship Responsibility
It is understood that all co-authors share full responsibility for the content of their submitted paper, having read and agreed to the journal's Copyright Notice. Consequently, if a penalty for plagiarism or research misconduct is imposed, all listed authors will be subject to the exact same penalty, regardless of individual contribution claims.
